Shot clocks aren't mandatory in Wisconsin yet. But that vote is coming, and every athletic director or basketball coach is going to ask the same question: who pays for it? Here's the answer, on one screen. A supporter buys three national discounts for thirty dollars. Fifteen of that goes straight to the school. And we add a dollar on top, every single time.
