No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. We collect your state of residence and date of birth at registration to confirm eligibility; entrants in a void state or under 18 may not participate.

Each game has its own start and end date for entries, shown prominently in that game's details. Entries must be received during that game's entry period.

Cash prizes and the number and value of prizes vary by game and are listed in each game's details (the approximate retail value of each prize equals its stated cash amount). No prize substitution except at the Sponsor's discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for a given game and draw. Each game publishes its odds and prize structure in its details. Winning numbers are drawn using an auditable, seeded random process and published after each draw.

Purchase a ticket for a game during its entry period. Each ticket grants the number of entries stated for that game and is assigned its team/number combination(s) automatically.

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper or index card, and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Clearly write the name of the game you are entering on the card. Each valid mail-in entry received during that game's entry period grants the participant the same number of entries, with the same odds of winning, as one standard paid ticket for that game. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope; each envelope must be mailed separately. Entrants must meet the eligibility requirements above. Mail-in entrants are not charged and have an equal chance of winning.

Winners are determined by the published draw and scoring for each game. Winners are notified by email and posted by winning number. Before any cash prize is paid, a winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners who receive $600 or more in a calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099. You must provide a valid taxpayer ID (W-9) to receive a prize of $600 or more.

By entering, you agree to these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry that violates these rules or is submitted by an ineligible entrant. Void where prohibited.
